YouTube page displays error message on reloading after auditing.

Chrome version: 62.0.3179.0 (Official Build) b5b73b0139e1b065902ba751610210b6322c827f-refs/heads/master@{#492477} 64 bit.

OS: Win (7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.3, 10.11.6)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome, go to www.youtube.com and run Audit.
2.Switch to emulation mode and select Responsive from drop down
3.Resize the page, click on reload icon and close Dev Tools.
4.Observe.

Actual Result: YouTube page displays error message on reloading after auditing.
Expected Result: YouTube page should not display error message on reloading after auditing.

This is Non-Regression Issues seen from M-62.
