[Missing Tests]: PrintPreviewUI::OnPreviewDataIsAvailable

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing.Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

Missing tests are not P1 release block stable. There is no reason to risk merging to a branch just to add tests.

Also, this specific issue may not be realistic to add automated testing for, but will look into it a bit further.
