Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3178.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to any site requiring this feature to operate. (I.e. design sites) 2. Fails to load. 3. Try not to cry. What is the expected behavior? Load design platform. What went wrong? 1. Failed to load. 2. Clicked "Get WebGL". 3. Took me to a Google Help Forum page that had nothing to do with my problem... Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Unknown Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 62.0.3178.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: I have tried reinstalling the application, erasing all related files including cookies and cash. Tried disabling all extensions. Tried enabling/disabling hardware acceleration. Tried using Chrome and Chrome Canary. Works just fine on Safari. MacOS is updated to latest version.

Tested the issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 using chrome M62 #62.0.3178.0 and M60 #60.0.3112.90 and played a webGL content image. Attached screencast for reference. @katielynnfleming-- Could you please provide us a sample site/url to reproduce the issue and also help us by providing the screencast of the issue ,that would help us in triaging the issue better. Thanks!

Hey everyone. I was able to resolve the issue soon after posting. I enabled the option shown in the screen shot at chrome://flags/ after identifying the issue by running chrome://gpu/. Thanks for the help!

Thanks. I'm guessing your Mac is an older machine with an Intel HD 3000 GPU, which is now blacklisted. Sorry for the difficulty but I strongly recommend you upgrade at this point. |
