[Media Router] Clear route description from sink list after route termination

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.31 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
OS: OS X 10.12.6 (16G29)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit play.google.com and cast it to a Chromecast device
(2) Reopen the dialog and click STOP

What is the expected result?
The sink list appears with no text underneath the sink name

What happens instead?
"Google Play Music" appears for a second or two, then disappears

We've decided to optimistically clear the route description after terminating a media route. If termination fails for some reason, the route description should re-populate.

Small polish item that could be fixed in the Harmony dialog.  I don't feel strongly that we should always clear the route description right away, or wait until we get an update from the MR.  It's kind of a UX call.
