A feature request from awoz@:

The client-state string could help the SB API team debug and understand distribution of users' states vers their protection.  It would be especially useful once they start pushing out targeted lists (geo-targeted, or experiments with different sort-orders).

We could also include this on chrome://safe-browsing page.
