The attached HTML doesn't paint correctly: a white screen with high CPU usage.

What is the expected behavior?
paint correctly as other browsers or chrome version 59

What went wrong?
This should be a duplicate of  issue 752382  (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=752382&q=Crashes&colspec=ID%20Pri%20M%20Stars%20ReleaseBlock%20Component%20Status%20Owner%20Summary%20OS%20Modified), sorry if any disturb. Just remind this might also be a release block of version 61.
