Two finger scrolling

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
Two fingers scrolling is not working in chrome browser.

What went wrong?
I don't know what has happened but the chrome browser is not taking a two finger scrolling. I have turned off my hardware acceleration. though its not working. Tell me how do i solve my issue?

Did this work before? N/A

OS Version: 10.0

Thanks for filing the issue, rechecked the issue on Windows 10 and Windows 7 using chrome version 59.0.3071.115 and current stable version 60.0.3112.90. Able to scroll web pages using two fingers scrolling.

@ amtphil47: Request you to please try a system restart, relaunch chrome and try again. Please update us with your observations.
