Device-level setting to specify custom text on login window

Reported by lgepha...@cristoreybalt.org, Aug 7 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.71.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.80 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9592.71.0 (Official Build) stable-channel glimmer

Steps to reproduce the problem:
There is currently no option to display custom text on the login window of a managed Chromebook.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Again, Google Enterprise support told me to submit a ticket for this as an enhancement suggestion. There should be a device-level setting that would allow you to specify custom text to appear on the login window of a managed Chromebook.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.80 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 9592.71.0
Flash Version:

Being able to specify something like, "Property of Bistmar School" or, "My home is the RED Cart" or other text on the login screen would be helpful.
