Wrong date on chrome history page

Issue description

Chrome Version       : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: PASS/FAIL (Version)
    Firefox: PASS/FAIL (Version)
         IE: PASS/FAIL (Version)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to History page
(2)Wrong date is displayed on top
(3)

What is the expected result?

Last accessed page date should be displayed.


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.


For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu
page at the end of this report.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 using latest stable #60.0.3112.90 and latest canary # 62.0.3178.0.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue:
1.Signed in to chrome with valid credentials
2.Navigated to www.eenadu.net link
3.Navigated to chrome://history page and observe that correct date is displayed on the top.

bandirameshkumar@ Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,could you please check by updating your Chrome to latest version stable or Canary and by creating new profile without extensions and apps.
Also please provide details of chrome version you are seeing this issue by navigating to chrome://version.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Unable to repro this on the latest stable(61.0.3163.100) with my synced in profile. Closing this issue as not able to repro and no update on this for long.

Feel free to file a new issue if this still repros on the latest stable and also check if signing out and signing back in to your profile makes any difference or not.
