Handoff icon fails to appear on device lock screen |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 61.0.3163.33 iOS Version: 11.0 Beta 4 Device: iPhone 7, iPad Mini 2 Prerequisite: 1. Handoff should be enabled on both devices (in device settings & Chrome) 2. Bluetooth should be enabled on both devices 3. Devices should be configured with same iCloud account Steps to reproduce: 1. Lock iOS 11 device 2. Launch iOS chrome on other device 3. Go to any web page (ex. espn.com) Observed results: Handoff icon fails to appear on lock screen where in, it is displayed in App Switcher view Note: 1. Checked the behaviour in case of iOS Native apps (like safari), handoff icon is not displayed on lock screen. 2. In case of iOS 11 devices, Chrome app is displayed only in the App Switcher view if handoff is enabled. Yes, Issue is in iOS 11 devices only. Also, tested in iOS 11 Beta 5 device & Issue is still reproducible.

subhashinik@ if Safari is doing this too, perhaps this is just a new feature in iOS11? Or, does opening an url in safari show the safari icon in the lock screen?

Note that the description of the feature changed in the settings. ios10: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/abN2qrv8ieq ios11: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/HgS7YZ3W4UA Note that reference of lock screen disappeared, so I think it is WAI.
