Choose user button font

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3175.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log on to your account and check name in upper right corner.

What is the expected behavior?
Name should be visible on white background (default in Windows 10.

What went wrong?
Font outline missing, i.e white font and white background

Did this work before? Yes 60

Chrome version: 62.0.3175.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
