Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. upgrade to latest beta with 2 users set in Chrome and with this theme: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/topography/giigmfllkbnekpcfdckipcdkdpinhpgl  (or another with light background title bar)

What is the expected behavior?
Can read easily the name (same as before)

What went wrong?
another regression added with scheiss design:
can't read Chrome username when use light background title bar
