UTILITY_PROCESS_CRASHED_WHILE_TRYING_TO_INSTAL

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install any extension
2. you get this error
3. restarted the chrome and the bug still persist

What is the expected behavior?
It should install the extension

What went wrong?
Could not install package:
'UTILITY_PROCESS_CRASHED_WHILE_TRYING_TO_INSTALL'. 
Could not install package because a utility process crashed. 
Try restarting Chrome and trying again.

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

Unable to reproduce the issue in MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), 10.12.6 and Win-10 using chrome reported version #60.0.3112.90 and latest canary #62.0.3178.0.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Installed 2-3 extensions from URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions
2. Extension got installed as per expected.

Attaching screen cast for reference.

jain007neeraj@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #62.0.3178.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Unable to reproduce the issue on MacBook Air (13.3-inch), 10.12.6 and Win 7 using chrome reported version #60.0.3112.90,stable#61.0.3163.100 and latest canary #63.0.3236.0.

Due to lack of user feedback closing this issue.
Please feel free to file a new issue if you face any chrome issue further.
