Clicking on a video message into enlarge it causes it to freeze as a snapshot

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Receive fb video message from someone 
2. Click anywhere on the video as it is within the chatbox
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Video to playback w/o freezing

What went wrong?
It froze

Did this work before? Yes No idea

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Latest available to public, probably

@maxime.lapointegagner -- Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please update your Chrome to latest version #61.0.3163.79. Also, please try by removing the extensions and creating a new profile to verify if the issue still persists.
