Systranet Translation broken.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 61
URL : http://www.systranet.com/translate & http://www.systranet.com/web
Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x: Works
Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: Haven't tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter URL
(2) Press Enter

When I use Safari, the drop down boxes for translating 1 language into the other works, but when using Chrome, it gives me blank drop down boxes.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7,10,Ubuntu 14.04,Mac 10.12.4 using latest chrome Beta #61.0.3163.31 & latest Canary #62.0.3179.0

Steps:
1)Opened URL : http://www.systranet.com/translate & http://www.systranet.com/web
2)No blank drop down boxes is seen

achan5432@ Could you please find the attachment and confirm if anything is missed in triaging the issue.Please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.
Please update the thread if issue still persists

[MacTriage] achan5432@ - please provide the exact version of Chrome (61.0....) as well as the OS you're using and its exact version number. From the screenshot it does not appear you are using macOS.
