Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Look at the top right, where the User Name should be
3. See it's broken

What is the expected behavior?
User Name should be written correctly

What went wrong?
User Name is rendering wrong

Did this work before? Yes Any previous one.

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.31  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

User Name is cyrillic, browser language is Russian.
Tried with English User Names, on English browser language - all the same.
CPU - Intel i7-3770k, GPU - NVIDIA 980 Ti. All drivers and OS updates are up-to-date.
