EVERY TIME I log out or restart Chrome I have to enter my email address and my Chrome password

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Every time I log out and restart Chrome
2. I have to enter my email address
3. I have to enter my Chrome password

What is the expected behavior?
It did not happen before

What went wrong?
I have to enter my email address and my Chrome password

Did this work before? Yes Version below what I have now  59.0.3071.115 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

It is annoying.

@jeffandolga -- Thanks for reporting this issue. As mentioned in Step #1, do you mean you are logging out from the page "chrome://settings/people" or by any other way.

Could you please update your Chrome to latest version #61.0.3163.79. Also, please try by removing the extensions and creating a new profile to verify if the issue still persists.
