Several pixels not blurred at bottom of screen.

Found this on Link, when changing resolutions, at some resolutions, it has full screen blur, but at some resolutions, there are some pixels not blurred.

It seems not the bug of blur, when turn off blur, we still can see some difference at the bottom.
