Can't select text in Settings

Chrome Version       : 60.0.3112.80
OS Version: 9592.71.0

I cannot select any text on the settings page. This was weird when I tried to select some text in order to search for the setting online to find out what it is about

The text selection was added in https://codereview.chromium.org/2904783003

Looking at the dates, m60 branch was before that CL. I'd expect text selection to first appear in m61 (again, based on the dates).
