Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit https://fiddle.jshell.net/38ah9tzt/1/ 2. Alter browser width so that the entire video fits in the page, but just barely. 3. Click the "Alter transform" button and watch the sizing of the video controls change. What is the expected behavior? Video control bar has the same width as the video, unless hitting the end of the browser window. What went wrong? Detection for the width of the controls seems to be decided based on the original width of the video (but any offset caused by transform-origin will affect it). Did this work before? Yes 55 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0 Occurs in Chrome 56+ on Windows 7 and Windows 10, as well as the latest Chrome for Android. Firefox, Safari, and IE11 handle video controls differently, and seem to experience no issues.

phistuck, looks like this is more of a media controls issue? To make responsibility clearer, I'm removing the Blink>CSS component. Please add it back if this is a CSS issue or when you need action from the style team. Thanks!

Do you have a screenshot that would help understand the bug. It seems to be working fine here using Chrome 64.

Attached is a screenshot from each scale value in the fiddle, running Chrome 62. Remember that the window size is a key factor, here, and things will function normally in the fiddle with enough window width is available. The bug is more noticeable as my browser's width decreases.
