Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Use a window manager like XMonad 2. Launch Chrome 3. UI flickers and does not update unless the window is manually resized What is the expected behavior? The UI should redraw as needed What went wrong? The UI does not reflect actions (scrolling, new tabs, etc) caused by the mouse or keyboard until the window is manually resized. Did this work before? Yes 54? I can't remember what version I updated from. Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 (Developer Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: Arch Flash Version: 22.0.0.209 /usr/lib/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so This is on a Thinkpad X61; the GPU is an Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller.

To clarify, Arch means Arch Linux (https://archlinux.org).
