I /think/ you're suggesting that Chromecast acts as a WiFi access point, and you're further suggesting that it

  1. Allows arbitrary clients to connect, and
  2. Routes the traffic from those clients to the network via the Chromecast's connection?

Is that correct?

Hello
It's me again, I have failed to recreate the issue, Windows pushed a batch last night, they may have known about it. I should have contacted them, thank you 😊 for your time.
