Can you better explain what "Go to google print" means? Is it just as simple as trying to print anything? If so, maybe you meant to say "open the print dialog" ? This may be bug 754305 . If you have problems with PDFs not opening correctly, please file a separate issue.

I have business and personal Google drive accounts. Usually, I select print, which account/drive I want from drop down menu, then the doc from appropriate drive. It won't let me select the other account from one interface. I am having annoying issue again opening PDFs without saving first. Didn't bother reporting that this time. It's intermittent and, yes, I repeated the trouble shooting steps used without success in past. Support hasn't helped in past. Plus issue stops on its own as mysteriously to me as it starts on its own (I don't change settings etc). Amy Marks

I believe this is bug 754305 , but I'm not 100% sure, so I won't mark this bug as a duplicate until we can confirm this is fixed. It looks like when this issue was reported, your Chromebook had ChromeOS build 9460 with Chrome 59. The issue should be fixed when it updates to something newer like build 9765, which comes with Chrome 61. I don't know exactly when the update will occur, but hopefully that will happen sooner than later. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just wanted to check in again. Can you check to see if your Chromebook has updated itself to version 61 or newer? If so, has this bug been fixed? Here is a help article on how to check for updates: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177889?hl=en
