Allow resize up to 3840x2560 when using stock Xvfb with RandR

When using our custom Xvfb-randr, we allow desktop resize up to 3840x2560. However, when using stock Xvfb, we limit the resolution to 1600x1200 by default. This is a reasonable default when RandR isn't supported, but we should allow larger sizes when it is.

This can be worked around by adding

export CHROME_REMOTE_DESKTOP_DEFAULT_DESKTOP_SIZES=1600x1200,3840x2560

to one's login profile.
