Non Regression: On chrome://downloads unwanted selection is seen

Chrome Version: 62.0.3175.4
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, win 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Download PDF (http://cb.vu/unixtoolbox.pdf)
(2)Go to chrome://downloads/, select show in folder text and continue to drag the selection


Expected 
Unwanted selection should not be seen

Actual
Unwanted selection is seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-50

Able to reproduce the issue in Mac 10.12.6 using latest canary #62.0.3176.0.
