Non-Regression : Notification Number is not getting updated based on number of screenshots taken

Chrome Version: 62.0.3174.0/9806.0.0 dev-channel Paine,Blaze and Falco
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot
(2)Take multiple screenshots and observe Notification Number is not changed at 'Notifications' icon (Please refer Video)

Expected: Notification Number should be updated based on number of screenshots taken 
Actual: Instead Notification Number is seen '1' even if we take multiple screenshots

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-55

This is intended. Only one "Screenshot taken" notification shows at the same time at most, even when user took multiple screenshot.
