(1)Recover build via USB/Sign in to new user >> Go to Uber tray and Observe Bluetooth Expected: Bluetooth is seen enabled by default. Actual: Instead, Bluetooth should be seen disabled by default and can be enabled when necessary. This is regression issue as bluetooth is seen disabled by default in 60.0.3112.80/9592.71.0 beta channel Paine. Attaching screen-cast for reference.

Any update on this bug? We are going for a stable RC next week and this is marked as a blocker.

Not a bug, but WAI. The behavior change is intended as tracked in issue 741070. |
