Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the console in the latest Chrome/Chromium. 2. Type "console" and view the details of the console object. 3. Note there is a property called "Symbol(Symbol.toStringTag)", right click the text. What is the expected behavior? There is a context menu with the following item: 1) Store as global variable. 2) Copy property path. What went wrong? There is actually **three** items in the context menu: 1) Store as global variable. 2) Store as global variable. 3) Copy property path. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Tested on Chrome Stable #61.0.3163.91, Canary #63.0.3215.0 on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 and able to reproduce the issue. This is a non-regression issue and able to reproduce from M-60 #60.0.3075.0. Marking it as untriaged so that issue gets addressed. For the builds earlier to 60.0.3075.0, the element "Symbol(Symbol.toStringTag)" was not available. Attached screenshot for reference. Thanks.
