Issue description
Case number: 13321344
- Chrome OS version.
57.0.2987.146 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Devices make/model
HP Chromebook 11 2200-2299 / HP Chromebook 11 G4/G4 EE
- Hardware ID:
Google Kip
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Device management setting of admin console go to "Device Update Settings" -> "Auto Update Settings"
2. Set "Restrict Google Chrome version to at most" to 58.*
3. Try to trigger update manually
What is the expected output?
- Chrome OS updated to version 58
What do you see instead?
- Chrome OS does not get any update
How often does it reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?):
- Allays
### Issue investigation:
I can reproduce this on a test environment with Kip+ (HP Chromebook 14 G4).
From update log it looks like it does not receive version 58:

M58 was not released to Kip devices due blocking issues in the new kernel (GPU hangs) The available versions are: M56, M57, M59 and M60 |
