Project Member Reported by bsep@chromium.org, Aug 3 2017

Issue description

https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=4aaed796c78a11551db40ea56194d6d02b060a52cdee38d5d04bf31c24a238df

According to the above graph it seems like there was a ~1MB regression on July 5th. Going to run a bisect.
