Check EME related MediaLog in encrypted (content) browser tests

MediaLog is critical in investigating encrypted media playback issues happening in the field. Today we have very few tests covering these logs. We should at least check EME related logs in the tests.

Especially, also check that the resulting MediaError.message contains the (app-visible) error message detail you'd expect it to have, to assist in debugging failures having EME as root-cause.
