What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to chrome://tracing
(2) Record a trace
(3) Try to save trace

What is the expected result?
Trace is saved

What happens instead?
Save is blocked by Chrome since the trace file is an uncommon download type. There is no UI option to keep the trace file anyways.
