After changing the shelf orientation, the launcher doesn't show on first try.

After changing shelf orientation the app list button must be clicked twice to show the launcher.

Hitting the search key works every time, the problem is just with the button.

Use the touch screen click seems works.

But use mouse to click the button, need to click twice.

Looks like shelf issue, we cannot mouse click on "chrome" icon at the first try after changing shelf orientation.
