Description:
User sees their Buddy devices unexpectedly reboot frequently during video Hangouts (every 10 minutes according to user).

Reviewed logs, but I can only find one crash report ID. I can't find other crash reports in server coming from the same client.

Eventlog.txt shows frequent reboots, but most of them are "Clean Shutdown".

My guess is that the issue is not actually Chrome crash, but something else.

@ryutas, please work with customer to 
- What exactly happens when the issue occurs (i.e. Do they see Chrome logo as when ChromeOS devices boot up?)
- Specific date/time of recent occurrence & device serial# (so we can check Hangouts logs uploaded in server too)
- Fresh ChromeOS debug logs from affected devices
