Reported by porton.v...@gmail.com, Aug 3 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Press F12 to open developer tools.
2. Click filter icon to open the filter entry.
3. Enter something (such as "XYZ") in the filter entry.
4. Press F12 again to close developer tools.
5. Reopen the developer tools by pressing F12 again.

What is the expected behavior?
The value in "Filter" entry should preserve.

What went wrong?
The value in "Filter" entry becomes blank.

Did this work before? N/A

This is intentional. We do not want to keep filter persisted when devtools is closed and reopened.

Thanks for the notice though!
