Grey screen

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On start: chrome://chrome-signin/?access_point=0&reason=0
2. Grey screen, no further reaction ...
3. No way to go anywhere else.

What is the expected result?


What happens instead of that?

Tested this issue on Windows 7 using chrome version M60 #60.0.3112.90 and M62 #62.0.3178.0 by following below steps:
 
(1)Launched chrome, which opens chrome://welcome/ page
(2)Navigated to chrome://chrome-signin/?access_point=0&reason=0 and Observed no grey screen

@syncp: Could you please let me know if anything is missed from our end.Please re-check the issue once on latest builds and update the issue with your observations which would help us to triage the issue further

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 & Mac 10.12.6 using chrome stable#61.0.3163.100 & Canary#63.0.3236.0 as per C#0.

Due to lack of user feedback closing this issue.
Please feel free to raise a new issue if you face any chrome issue further.
