In the majority of my interactions with the swarming task pages I always click on the "Full Width Logs" option and then wait for the page to load again.

It will be generally useful for users to be able to set their preference in a settings page in the swarming UI.
One option in the settings page can be for the "Full Width Logs"
Maybe another option can be for "request_detail=true".
Maybe yet another option can be for adjusting the refresh time.

The 1st option is what this feature request is really asking for, I suggested the other 2 to give examples of what else can be in the settings page.
