<select multiple size=1> has wrong background-color

Chrome Version: 62 Canary
OS: Linux and CrOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the following URL:
    data:text/html,<select multiple size=1><option>1</select><select multiple size=2><option>1<option>2</select><select multiple size=3><option>1<option>2<option>3</select>

What is the expected result?
Three SELECT boxes has same white background-color.

What happens instead?
The first one has gray background-color.

Linux: SELECT element: Fix a wrong default background color for <select multiple size=1>

themeChromiumLinux missed to exclude [multiple] cases. Uses
:not(:-internal-list-box) to specify menulist SELECT correctly.
