Multiple events happened with Chrome app on Samsung DEX

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Preconditions : Samsung DEX, add some bookmarks to the Chrome app 1a- Open Chrome app in small Windows 2a- Open Bookmarks -> Window appear 3a- Select a bookmark -> another window appear 4a- Select an other bookmark -> another window appear 1b- Open Chrome app in full screen 2b- Open Bookmarks -> A window appear and close immediately 3b- Try again -> Same result 4b- Reduce the window in small screen : Bookmarks page appear or you need to open the bookmarks page 5b- Return to full screen page, the Bookmarks appear on the page 6b- Select a bookmark and check what happens What is the expected behavior? The Bookmarks page should appear in the same Chrome window already opened, Also when we select a bookmark, it should be add into the same Chrome window like tab. What went wrong? Every URL is getting opened in new window. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: n/a OS Version: 7 Flash Version:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S8/NRD90M. Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and Open Bookmarks. 2. Opened more than one bookmark in full screen and minimized state. Results: 60.0.3112.116 -> Unsupported number of chrome instances. 61.0.3163.83 -> Unsupported number of chrome instances. 62.0.3202.19 -> Unsupported number of chrome instances. Can you retry with the latest Chrome stable build from playstore? Thanks
