<files-triage> I have replicated this scenario where forcing a reboot during a file copy leaves zero-byte files. I have had inconsistent results when copying multiple files and doing the reboot after a number files have finished copying. Sometimes the files that completed copying will exist fine. Sometimes even the files that had completed copying will show with zero bytes.
