Regression: Avatar icon shift to left side after sign out from browser and clicking on avatar icon.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3163.29 Revision b1e8882790982afc7ba75a4034eb154d9594d01a-refs/branch-heads/3163@{#245}(64bit) OS: Mac(10.12.3, 10.12.5, 10.11.6) Pre-Condition: 1. Sign in to browser with valid credentials. 2. Make Sure profile name should be long name. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to Chrome://settings (2) Click on Sign Out button then click on avatar icon and observe. Actual: Avatar icon shift to left side after clicking on it. Expected: Avatar icon should not shift to left side after clicking on it. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-58', will soon update the other info: Good Build:58.0.2998.0 Bad Build: 58.0.2999.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
