Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3163.20 Platform : 9765.15.0 - Quawks What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) add Korean IME (2) open chrome://md-settings/languages >>Input method (3) enable the 'Show input options in the shelf' option (4) focus on the omnibox, and click on Emoji palette in Input icon in the shelf (5) click on Keyboard button to get the US keyboard (6) switch IME to Korean from English (7) click on "ㅎᅡㄴ" (8) switch IME to English, and switch IME to Korean from English (9) click on "ㅎᅡㄴ" What is the expected result? On step#7, "한" should be entered. What happens instead? On step#7, "ㅎᅡㄴ" is entered. On step#9, "한" is entered. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Unable to enter Korean characters by the device keyboard while showing the issue. Steps: 1. after step#7 on the previous steps, try to type "gks" from the device keyboard Actual result : "gks" is entered Expected result : "한" should be entered.
