#enable-speculative-service-worker-start-on-query-input makes chrome crashes on osx

if enabled #enable-speculative-service-worker-start-on-query-input flag
makes latest chrome canary(v61) crash if i search for something with an added search engine (for example "img"  short for https://www.google.it/search?q= and then search term)

Tested on latest Canary #62.0.3175.0 on Mac 10.12.6 and unable to reproduce the Crash mentioned. Please refer the screencast attached.

@ale160382 -- Could you please update your Canary to latest version mentioned. Also, please try by removing the extensions and creating a new profile to verify if the issue still persists.
