Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Install some shareable android apps like Gmail, Facebook, Hangouts etc.
(2) Go to Files App> My Drive> check-select a single file.
(3) Observe share options with these apps are not available.
(4) This feature is not enabled either through share button or context menu>More actions.
(5) This feature is not available for multiple file selection too. 

Expected Result:
Share options using android apps must be enabled for Drive files as in Downloads folder.
