Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to any Web MIDI app, https://webaudiodemos.appspot.com/midi-synth/index.html, for instance 2. select a port 3. play the MIDI device What is the expected behavior? MIDI messages should be emitted What went wrong? no message is emitted Did this work before? Yes Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 62.0.3174.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version:

anjipanji@ Thanks for the issue Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 using Stable 60.0.3112.90 and canary 62.0.3175.0 with the below steps 1.Opened the given URL. 2.Selected a port, tried to play the MIDI device and no issue is observed. Request you please retry the issue and if you still observe this issue, kindly provide us with the screen cast for better understanding. Thanks

Tried the steps mentioned in Comment #2 by enabling the flag enable-midi-manager-dynamic-instantiation and also by disabling it. Can see no issues in both the cases. Thanks
