Clicking on Bluetooth in System Tray causes freeze

Chrome Version: 62.0.3175.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on system tray
(2) Click on Bluetooth

What is the expected result?
System tray shows a list of available Bluetooth devices.

What happens instead?
Chromebook freezes. 

This line is repeated in the log a bunch of times:
[17016:17016:0802/133258.500254:WARNING:tray_bluetooth.cc(108)] Unknown device type icon for Bluetooth was requested.

Re #0, is this a developer build or are you using a specific channel (canary/dev ?)

Moving the label to M-62 since the issue was reported on 62.
