Multiple "Chrome OS XKB" extensions shown in the task manager

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.71.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.80 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9592.71.0 (Official Build) stable-channel guado

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Boot up your Chrome OS device and log into your account
2. Open the task manager

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
After the Chrome OS 60 update there are several instances (4) of "Chrome OS XKB" shown to be running in the task manager. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.80  Channel: stable
OS Version: 9592.71.0
Flash Version: 26.0.0.137 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so

It seems to be WAI. NaCL modules are used for decoders and they run in separated processes, so 2 NaCL processes on the task manager is fine. Also, there are 2 extension processes immediately after logging in because it needs some time to unload the IME extension for login screen.
