Breakpoints set in beautified sources do not apply if it is not open

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://go.geniac.com/fe/employee-onboarding/profile/a0Db000000k67AHEAY/001b000003QVutJAAT/ni2MPglcj6Gn3uPRa4KawETiWH8sc7
2. Open app.93300...
3. Beautify it.
4. Set a breakpoint on angular.element("<select....
5. Close the :formatted editor tab.
6. Close the Developer Tools.
7. Open the Developer Tools.
8. Refresh the page.

What is the expected behavior?
The breakpoint is hit.

What went wrong?
The breakpoint is ignored.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

9. Beautify it again.
10. Refresh the page.
Voila - now the breakpoint is hit.

Could you please provide another url/repro? By this I get "414 Request-URI Too Large".
I hope that this issue was fixed around M62.

Pick some app.(hash) JavaScript file and do the same (or just find a line that is actually run on this page, perhaps by breaking the execution and hovering over a field with the mouse).
I would have given you the full steps (what to look for and stuff), but searching in that file hangs the Developer Tools for a long time (more than a minute) and I am quite impatient at the moment, sorry. I cannot guarantee it still reproduces as a result.
Closing the :formatted tab while on a breakpoint hangs it for a long time as well. This should really be a priority-1 issue. Issue 751763.

It is not possible to fix it right now without better bindings which allows DevTools frontend easily resolve original source url of beautified file. Forwarded to Andrey.
