Incorrect translation for Brazilian Portuguese

Project Member Reported by hernandezma@chromium.org, Aug 2 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.134 Stable, it reproduces in current Beta 60.0.3112.80 and Dev 61.0.3163.13, and it’s not device specific.
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Set up the ‘Restrict Sign In’ policy in the Admin Console for a managed Chrome device.
(2) Try to sign in to the device with a user that’s not allowed to.
(3) Error message says ‘Você tem autorização para usar este dispositivo. Para permissão de login, entre em contato com o administrador’, which translates to ‘You’re authorized to use this device. For login permission, please contact your administrator’.

What is the expected result?
Since user is not allowed to sign in, it should say ‘Você não tem autorização para usar este dispositivo. Para permissão de login, entre em contato com o administrador’

What happens instead?
Message says ‘Você tem autorização para usar este dispositivo. Para permissão de login, entre em contato com o administrador’. The message is missing the ‘não’ word that makes the sentence negative. It should be the 2nd word in the sentence.

Additional notes:
* I isolated that this issue is present for Brazilian Portuguese only, translation is correct for Portugal Portuguese, but differs quite a bit in the wording. See the differences in attached pictures.
* While testing this out, I found out that the enterprise enrollment screen is in English for both PT-BR and PT-PT.

Looks like we just need to update this string for pt-br. I think the message ID is 5754875979428211763
HI all,
