Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. login onto chrome remote desktop
2. share this computer for another user to see and control
3. generating access code waiting for connection keeps spinning

What is the expected behavior?
get access code

Components: Services>Chromoting
Is the computer behind a firewall or AV product? Are you able to generate an access code on another device on the same network?

Can you send us client logs. To find them:

* With the app running, visit chrome://extensions
* Ensure that the "Developer Mode" checkbox at the top right of the page is checked.
* Scroll down to the Chrome Remote Desktop extension.
* Click the main.html link.
* Select the Console tab.

Copy/paste the logs into this bug and we'll take a look.
